In 2015 we took the momentous decision to downsize to Section As from our beloved Cs. We knew We were doing this for all the right reasons but…………….

In the summer of 2016 Tyngwndwn Stud put a video on Facebook of a fabulous Sec C filly foal who was going to the Cob Sales. Come the Autumn Tyngwndwn Glitter came home! Well not stritly true as she went off to Ceri Powell to be shown for us. She duly went out and won a WPCS Medal for us!

The best was yet to come.  The Royal Welsh Glitter was pulled up from 18th to stand in the front line and we were thrilled. Come the Royal Welsh Winter Fair our dreams came true! Having watched the filly foal class and seen the winner, we knew we had at least brought the right sort for the judge . Glitter won and went Reserve Champion our first RWAS red rosette.! An older gentleman said to me at the ringside “My dear, not only have you had a win, but you have had a popular win” which meant so much!  Even more than that my hero, who has bred too many champion Sec Cs to list and has a breeding programme to die for, said he would have put her champion.  That was worth more than rubies to me!
